Great prices, ordered my parts and was informed it could be awhile as they were waiting for stock, I appreciated the honesty and as a bonus it showed up 2 weeks quicker then estimated. Sales department was quick to respond to any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend.

Super friendly and helpful bunch there. Went above and beyond to help me with an issue that they didn't even need to. They are polite, courteous and definitely know how to treat their customers right. Well at least with me they did. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Not sure why any company would advertise parts on their website but not notify you that they don’t actually stock anything. It’s been a month since I ordered online and was told they had to order my part as it wasn’t in stock. I immediately emailed them back saying that it was more of an urgent matter and that if I couldn’t get the parts by a certain date then I would need to cancel. No reply, nothing. Maybe add a “out of stock” icon when you don’t actually have parts to ship so that people don’t find out after you have already charged their credit card. Also, respond to your customers concerns or like me, they will never again be a customer.

Was looking for a part all over Edmonton. Was not available anywhere. So after looking for 2days come across these guys. Call them up and they have it. With it really close to Christmas and my truck already in the shop in pieces and the shop closing in 2 days for the holidays. These guys not only had the right part but was also able to get it to me by 11am the next day. Will definitely be going back to them.

I ordered some parts. The order was confirmed and I was informed that the item i ordered is a long way from delivery. Due to my circumstances I couldn't wait for the part and requested a refund. Refund and confirmation was received promptly. Will be using them again in the future.

Shipped faulty products was unable to get them replaced. Sent me to manufacture for warranty claim. Was for a $9 replacement part. To me $9 is not worth the time. I see reviews get quicker responses then emails.

Price was competitive and it shipped super quick. I ordered on a Sunday night and it arrived Wednesday morning. It was also packaged really nicely in the shipping box.

Great experience from ordering to delivery. Small hiccup with purolator delivery. You have to tell them to leave the package on the doorstep if no is home. Otherwise you'll have to pick it up later from one if their pick up points.
